This project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art banking office building for Nepal Rastra Bank, strategically located in the heart of Kathmandu. Built by CON-TECH Pvt. Ltd., the building spans across 42 Ropani of land and showcases modern architectural design paired with robust construction techniques. The facility includes spacious office areas, advanced security systems, and sustainable building practices, designed to meet the growing demands of the banking sector. CON-TECH Construction ensured that every aspect of the project, from structure to finish, was executed to the highest standards, creating a professional environment for the bank’s operations. This facility stands as a significant landmark in Thapathali, contributing to the financial infrastructure of Nepal.
The Simara-Bardibash Sector of Mechi-Mahakali Electrified Railway Project by Contech Construction focuses on the development of key railway infrastructure, built to National Highway Road Standards. The project includes the construction of a robust railway track bed, drainage systems, and road under bridges for seamless transportation.
The key components of the Simara-Bardibash Sector of Mechi-Mahakali Electrified Railway Project include the construction of a solid railway track bed, which is carefully laid out through excavation, filling, and compaction to ensure stable alignment. A gravel embankment is constructed to provide a strong, durable foundation for the tracks, while the base course adds further support for heavy rail traffic. Concrete work is carried out for the development of cross drainage structures and Road Under Bridges (RUBs), which help manage water flow and ensure seamless road connectivity beneath the railway line. These components collectively ensure the stability, safety, and operational efficiency of the railway infrastructure.

At the heart of Nepal’s development is a reliable road network. We specialize in upgrading rural tracks and building highways to international standards. Our roads enhance mobility, connect people, and drive economic growth across regions.
Bridges are more than structures; they unite communities and enable progress. Our projects combine innovative engineering and robust materials to create enduring designs that withstand time and nature, from rural crossings to landmark bridges.
Our building projects reflect design excellence and utility. From government offices and hospitals to schools and homes, we turn visions into reality. By incorporating modern techniques and sustainable practices, we create spaces that serve and inspire communities.
Railways are the backbone of transport systems, and our trackbed construction ensures safety, stability, and longevity. From cross-drainage structures to road under bridges, we deliver projects that meet national highway standards.
Nepal’s rivers are powerful and unpredictable. Our river training projects safeguard communities and infrastructure by controlling erosion, stabilizing banks, and managing floods. We transform rivers into assets supporting sustainable development and protecting lives.
A reliable power supply is essential for progress. Our transmission reinforcement works ensure that Nepal’s energy reaches every corner of the country. By upgrading networks and building new power lines, we create an efficient grid that supports growth.
